Class Schedule

BREATHWORK

This 2 stage pranayama breathing technique is deeply healing, allowing you to access deep relaxation and freedom from old stories, injuries and unhelpful patterns. It is done laying down- we breathe the active breath pattern for 35 minutes, followed by a 10 minute rest to recharge the energetic body.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

This class moves at a glacial pace, connecting movement and breath for enhanced mind-body awareness. A mix of restorative and flowing poses will gently warm your body, leaving you feeling calmer and lighter.

PELVIC WELLNESS

Therapeutic movement practice to deepen body awareness for pelvic floor function and deep core muscles. We'll focus on healing-breathing mechanics, myofascial release, mobility and inner strength. The practice is designed for those with female anatomy.

SUNRISE YOGA

Rise, shine and flow! Synchronize breath and movement in this active morning practice with opportunities to stretch and strengthen. This vinyasa yoga class is accessible for all levels, great for cross-training and starting a consistent early morning yoga practice.

CORE & FLOOR

Holistic movement class that integrates yoga, postural training and myofascial release techniques, focusing on deep core and pelvic floor function. This class will balance harmony of movement as you nurture your core. Ignite a deeper body awareness and cultivate strength within.

FASCIA FLOW

Integrating yoga with self myofascial release techniques to unwind restrictions in the body and support postural balance, circulation, and nervous system regulation for overall mind-body wellness.

LOVE NOTES...

Yvonne

"Come to Rachelle’s class for a strong practice from an amazing yoga teacher! I have always appreciated her focus on core, integration of mobility exercises (so appreciated and crucial), and variety in sequencing a thoughtful, targeted class. There is something new every time, and she never phones it in. Expect a challenging peak pose in every class to work towards, a great playlist, and a refreshing class from one of the best!”
