Workshops + Creative Expression

Where your teachers get to geek out and share all their art and knowledge with you! Sometimes a 1 hour class just isn't enough. Delve deeper with our wonderful community into all topics healing and feeling. Workshops at Remedy leave no stone unturned, and the teachers here are pretty fantastic; They offer a safe container to heal, learn, be curious, ask questions and have some fun while you're at it!

SuperMoon Breathwork

Tuesday 10/7 @ 6:30pm

energy expands and deepens in a healing circle... this harvest moon circle will include, grounding meditation, tarot card readings, journal prompts, breathwork and a community tea ceremony. come together to absorb  the energy the moon provides us in deeply connencted  community. This class is 90 minutes.

Breath + Sound Healing

Monday 10/20 @ 6pm

Led by Kim Huston: breathwork meditation is a profound healing experience. It's a way to gently unearth emotion and energy that needs to move, leaving you lighter and calmer on the other side. Followed by a crystal bowl sound bath to elevate the healing vibrations in your body and mind. Prepare to leave earth and take a trip to the stars! This class is 75 minutes.

Elements Morning Retreat

Friday 11/28 (black friday) 8am

Half day retreat led by Sheila Humphreys and Jackie Walther.  Join us for a morning of movement, restoration and healing! We'll start off with a warming yoga practice to cleanse the physical body, followed by an outdoor cold plunge. Participants can shower, change into comfy clothes, enjoy a light breakfast (provided). We'll share circle time, themed in gratitude and end with group breathwork to recharge and dive into the winter season with a clearer, calmer state of mind.
