Access the energetic body and release stored pain, emotion and trauma. This 2 stage pranayama breathing technique is deeply healing, allowing you to access deep relaxation and freedom from old stories, injuries and unhelpful patterns.
Core + Floor
Discover the transformative power of our 60-minute holistic movement practice - where mind-body connection meets breath-based movement. This unique session integrates yoga, postural training, and myofascial release techniques, focusing on deep core and pelvic floor function. Ignite a deeper awareness of your body and cultivate strength from within. Experience the harmony of movement as you nurture your core and elevate your well-being.
Morning Mobility & Movement
Mind-body & breath-based movement to ease tension, increase mobility, and build inner strength. This 60min holistic movement practice blends together yoga, postural training, and myofascial release techniques.
Yoga & Breathwork
90 minutes linking movement and breath. The flow of this class is a gentle and glacial pace. We take our time opening the physical body, slowly increasing intensity in a safe and powerful way. We end this class with a 30 minute breathwork meditation to release and recharge our energetic body.
